The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, ensure the successful delivery of CRM solutions, and provide technical leadership. Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of developers working on CRM projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables. - Design, develop, and maintain CRM applications using .NET Core and SQL technologies. - Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure the architecture and design of CRM solutions meet industry standards and best practices. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and security protocols. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Monitor and improve system performance, scalability, and security. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in CRM technologies, .NET Core, and SQL to ensure solutions remain modern and efficient. Requirements : - 9 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior role. - Strong expertise in .NET Core development and SQL database management. - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Dynamics CRM. - Proven track record of leading and managing development teams. - Familiarity with REST APIs, Microservices, and Azure cloud services is a plus. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
