Future Build is currently with a key client to find a Supply Chain Manager to be based in their Head Office in Essex.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the Consultant/Supplier/Subcontractor database by establishing efficient systems, procedures, and policies.
• Aligning these measures with the company’s Business Plans and Objectives to ensure long-term advantages.
• Enhance the company's profitability through effective internal / external relationship building and database management.

Our client is looking for:

• HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent with strong strategic understanding of business, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Management, as well as contractual and commercial expertise.
• Proficient in health, safety, and environmental systems, with excellent analytical, business planning, and information management skills.
• Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership, and motivational abilities. Coaches teams, manages performance, provides feedback, and addresses challenges effectively.
