Sub Agent

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Sub Agent in the Essex area, this will be working for a Tier 1 Contractor within the Civils & Aviation industry.

Responsibilities:

Site Management - Looking after the site team or Engineers, Supervisors and liaison with Site Management team.
Understand, plan and implement the programmes.
Implement safety, quality, environmental - Review method statements, ITP's and do the site inductions.
HSQE Plans
Assist with the procurement stages of the project.
Working with minimal supervision
Reviewing RAMS
Implement the programme to completion.
Monitoring the section plans, updating all progress and feedback to management team.
Manage the construction phase plans
Support the Engineering Team at all times.

Qualifications & Expertise:

Proven experience within the Civils industry
Excellent organisational skills
Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM Regulations
Ability to produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and safe systems of work
Knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues.
SMSTS
CSCS
