The Role: Internal Sales Executive
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our dedicated sales team in our sales office in Frome. This role will drive our sales orders, providing exceptional service to our existing clients while also identifying new business opportunities within the construction materials industry. Your typical customers may be local builders, farmers, merchants or housing developments.
You will manage an existing portfolio of customers, building authentic relationships and encourage repeat business. On a typical day, you will:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Report on any issues in regards to managed accounts which means that targets cannot be met
Ensure that targets/budgets are met in line with commercial strategy
Negotiate enquiries and price Enquiries and handle complaints
Manage credit limits in line with Credit Services and Commercial Manager
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment
We are not looking for previous experience in a similar role as we can teach you about our products and processes but you will be required to be self-motivated, able to make decisions promptly when required and within pre-determined levels. You will be a team player and able to communicate effectively with other departments, whilst ensuring a high level of customer service
