Delivery Manager (Trades & Labour)

Job Description
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our company to co-ordinate our mechanical trades personnel for our works on Hinkley Point. The roles will involve dealing with our internal resourcers and account managers as well as co-ordinating the workers onto our project with our client on HPC. You will be dealing mainly with mechanical trades such as pipe fitters, welders, platers, fabricators and blasters.
In this role, you will focus mainly on blue-collar construction recruitment, you will manage candidate generation, build strong relationships with operatives, and ensure full compliance.
Responsibilities.
• Liaising with operatives and account managers to match candidates to roles.
• Updating and managing our database
• Ensuring operatives comply with HMRC and CSCS regulations.
• Handling client communications regarding daily activities and needs
This role is not a site-based role but will require regular site visits to Hinkley point. Ideally, we’d like this role to be based out of our project office located near the project
