The Company

My client is reputable high end residential main contractor. They are a privately owned business with an enviable client list of consultants, architects, and high net worth individuals.

With an established trading history and owned by experienced industry figures, they have forged a financial robust business and have a secure turnover of project for 2024/25.

They specialise in the delivery of high specification projects in London's most prestigious postcodes including Kensington and Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, and Hampstead as well as Country Homes in The Home Counties.

Their projects include both refurbishment and new build, typically from £7m to £40m, capitalising on their expertise in all stages of work from basements and structural alterations to ultra high quality fit out.

Due to a controlled increase in turnover further to new project wins, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Project Director.

The Project & Position

• You will be leading a newly secured, new build country residence for an UHNW private client
• The contract value is in excess of £30m
• You will lead the project as site based Senior Project Manager or Project Director
• You will report to a Regional Director
• You will be responsible for the successful delivery of this project with an emphasis on reporting and programming
• This is a client/client's reps facing position

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as well as previous experience as a Project Manager delivering prime residential projects in excess of £15m. Experience of traditional and D&B projects is advantageous, as is a wide breadth of experience spanning new build and refurbishment from basements to fit out and fine finishes.
