We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager to join our dynamic team, helping to ensure excellence in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) practices across various projects. This role involves mentoring teams and driving improvements in HSE standards through data collection, audits, and collaboration with project management and the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular HSEQ inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Chair and participate in project HSEQ meetings, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Compile detailed audit reports, including recommendations for improvement, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Manage accident and incident investigations, ensuring lessons learned are communicated across the business.
• Support both internal and external audits for ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001).
• Maintain clear, effective communication to foster a compliant and engaged workforce.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and other key stakeholders to meet HSEQ requirements.

Requirements:

• Membership with a professional safety body (e.g., IOSH) and working towards Chartered status.
• Relevant qualifications such as a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment.
• Proven experience in HSEQ within the construction or Mechanical engineering sectors.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including CDM regulations and ISO standards.
• Experience with auditing processes and data reporting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to drive HSEQ culture and continuous improvement.
