Permanent opportunity for an associate commercial property manager with a firm in Manchester.

Your new company
A large firm of commercial property managers working across the North West. They work with a broad range of clients across retail, industrial, leisure, commercial office space and logistics industry. They offer a variety of services including landlord & tenant (L&T), surveying which you could be a part of.
Your new role
In this role you will liaise between tenants and landlords, delivering rent reviews, rent re-gears, sales, acquisitions and purchases. You will be based in the Manchester office looking after properties in Greater Manchester.
