Multiple experienced School Administrator roles available across Manchester and Greater Manchester.
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: Competitive
Contract type: Full-time, Temporary
Hours: 35, Monday-Friday
The Role:
As a School Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the school's day-to-day operations. You will be the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, providing essential administrative support to the Headteacher, teaching staff and pupils. This is a varied and rewarding role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and working within a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the school's front office, answering phone calls, emails and greeting visitors
Maintaining student records and school reports
Assisting with admissions and attendance records
Supporting the Headteacher and teaching staff with general administrative tasks
Handling correspondence, distributing information to parents and staffKey Experience:
Experience working within a school office environment is essential.
Experience working with SIMs is essential.
Any additional qualifications would be beneficial.
Candidates will have to provide adequate references and will be subject to relevant police checks.
