- Reviewing contractual spend and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Mentoring and motivating the team to stabilise and enhance departmental performance.
- Recruiting new talent to support the department's growth and stability.
- Leading extensive projects, including the implementation of new production lines and future planning for a new factory.
