Job Description

V7 Recruitment are looking for a Site Manager to work permanently for one of our reputable clients on high value Data Centre projects based in the North West.


The client is a well established M&E construction business that specialise in Critical Infrastructure and Data Centre Projects.



Ideal Site Manager will have the following skills...

  • Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally within Data Centres
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • SMSTS

Site Manager Duties will include...

  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of construction, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and systems, particularly for data centres.
  • Ensure all work meets technical standards and project specifications.
  • Familiarity with critical infrastructure such as HVAC, electrical systems, and IT networks.
  • Strong decision-making abilities to address on-site issues efficiently and without delay.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
