Now seeking a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor who can also lead a legal team, (player/coach role) responsible for providing legal advice and support to businesses and corporations on a wide range of legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a team of paralegals, providing training and development opportunities and ensuring high quality service to clients.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years PQE
