Quantity Surveyor

Our client are a well established construction subcontractor who specialise in commercial fitout projects. They have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team based in South Manchester! (Perm)

* Background working for a subcontractor- internal trade preferable

* Used to working in a fast paced environment

* Can work well towards deadlines

Duties include-

* Commercially delivering a project from conception through to completion.

* Weekly and monthly reporting to the Commercial Manager.

* Managing variations and claims.

* Managing the cash flow.

* Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers

* Preparation of final accounts.
