Are you an experienced Multi Utility Estimator looking to take the next step in your career?

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Estimator to join a growing team and contribute to a variety of innovative utility projects.

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for utility projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. Your role will involve analyzing project specifications, working closely with clients and subcontractors, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for multi-utility projects including gas, water, and electricity.
Analyze project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for estimates.
Conduct site visits to assess conditions and inform accurate estimating.
Prepare and maintain tender documentation and submissions.
Monitor project budgets and provide cost control support throughout project lifecycles.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to ensure competitive pricing.What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an Estimator within the utilities sector.
Strong understanding of utility construction processes and methodologies.
Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
