Documentation Engineer
Location: Swadlincote (must be local)
Rate: £22.50ph (CIS)
Hours: 39 hours a week
Mon-Thurs (8 hours)
Fridays (7 hours)
Contract: Long-term ongoing
Nelson Permanent Placements are currently working on behalf of our client who are a market-leading Process Engineering company. They are looking for a Documentation Engineer to predominantly work out of their Swadlincote office.
As a Documentation Engineer, you be required to file paperwork & reports, interpret technical drawings, working with Weld logs, collating spreadsheets organising paperwork and sending correspondence.
80% of this role with be independent, so our client is seeking someone who is proactive and can use their initiative to complete their tasks day-to-day. A strong Document Control background will be desirable for this role.
Documentation Engineer Requirements:
* 2-3 years’ experience in Documentation/Administration (within Engineering settings).
* Proven knowledge in Document Control.
* A strong welding background is required.
