£40,000 - £45,000
Our client, a leading construction consultancy based in Manchester, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver a variety of construction projects for their growing portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to work on high-profile projects in a client-facing, dynamic role.
Due to the nature of the role, you must have been living in the UK for the last 3 consecutive years.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
Manage full project lifecycles, from planning through to completion
Work closely with clients to ensure their construction needs are met
Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver successful outcomes
Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and stakeholdersRequirements for the Project Manager:
Previous experience of working within a UK construction consultancy
Strong knowledge of construction project management methodologies and processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
