We are currently looking for driven, ambitious individuals to join our office-based team on a full-time basis. What You’ll Do:
* Work alongside experienced consultants to source and place candidates within the construction industry
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Conduct candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
* Write job ads, screen CVs, and conduct background checks
* Assist in managing client accounts, understanding their needs, and delivering top talent
* Support the team in business development efforts, identifying potential clients and growing our business
What We’re Looking For:
* Enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed in recruitment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A professional attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* A passion for the construction industry is a plus but not essential – we’ll provide the training!
* No prior recruitment experience required; however, a background in sales, customer service, or construction-related fields is beneficial.
