The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in API integration and ChatGPT integration. Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain HR Tech projects, recruitment projects, and application tracking systems using Python. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design efficient solutions. - Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance system functionality and data exchange. - Implement AI technologies, including ChatGPT, to improve user experience and automate processes. - Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery. - Collaborate with data scientists and AI developers to implement machine learning algorithms and models. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to HR Tech and AI integration.
