O9 Functional Consultant - Data Modeling

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes related to Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Demand Planning, Revenue Growth Management, and Supply Planning. - Configure O9 Solutions modules according to client specifications, ensuring alignment with best practices and optimization of planning processes. - Utilize SQL, MySQL, and other database technologies to manage and analyze data as required for planning applications. - Develop and execute queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting to support client needs. - Apply statistical, optimization, and simulation techniques to analyze planning scenarios and provide actionable insights. - Use software tools such as R, SAS, or CPLEX for data analysis, modeling, and problem-solving. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients during and after the implementation process. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and project managers, distributed across various geographies and time zones. - Contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practice development to enhance overall project : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - 6 years of experience implementing planning applications is a must. - 6 months to 1 year of experience with O9 Solutions, particularly in modules like Integrated Business Planning, Demand Planning, Revenue Growth Management, or Supply Planning is preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on planning and forecasting. - Proficient in statistical, optimization, and simulation techniques. - Familiarity with software tools such as R, SAS, and CPLEX for data analysis. - Basic knowledge of databases including SQL Server and MySQL; proficiency in SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar languages is required. - Knowledge of Python is preferred for data manipulation and analysis. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Microsoft PowerPoint for data presentation and documentation. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, managing collaboration across different time zones. - Experience in additional supply chain planning tools or platforms. - Certifications related to O9 Solutions or planning methodologies would be a plus. - Experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
