Senior Financial Analyst

Russell Tobin + Associates is currently seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst in Orlando, FL. This is a 12-month contract with potential for extension/conversion for successful contractors!

Job Title: Sr. Financial Analyst

Pay: $48.00 - 53.00/hour (based upon experience)

Duration: 12-months

Schedule: 40hrs/week // 8am-5pm

Location: HYBRID in Orlando, FL

Onsite days are Mon & Thurs

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) to provide day-to-day financial support and analysis for the our client's Experiences Technology & Digital (T&D) team within the Enterprise Financial Services business unit. You will be part of the Project Finance team, working closely with project teams to ensure accurate management of complex project finances. Your role will involve tracking expenditures, ensuring projects stay within budget, and recommending proactive actions to address any financial variances.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and track the financial aspects of multiple technology and digital projects.
• Provide financial analyses and decision support to project teams.
• Prepare weekly/month-end financial reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Develop, maintain, and improve budget tracking tools, invoice tracking, and fee structures.
• Prepare journal entries for accruals, reclassifications, and amortizations.
• Collaborate with project managers to estimate and forecast financial impacts of project changes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.
• Develop and document internal controls, business processes, and accounting policies.
• Effectively communicate financial insights and project variances to stakeholders.
• Provide training and share best practices with fellow analysts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and project management.
• Strong technical skills with Microsoft Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, and other financial tools.
• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and perform accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships across teams and levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to handle competing priorities.
• Self-motivated, with a natural curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
