Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Daytona Beach area company is looking for an FP&A Manager. Responsibilities of the FP&A Manager will include, but not limited to the following.

-- Prepare timely and accurate reporting and analysis measuring key business drivers, company metrics and financial performance.

-- Develop and maintain reporting tools and models to examine key initiatives, variances and opportunities on behalf of management to support informed, strategic decision-making.

-- Determine key drivers impacting company income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flow.

-- In partnership with team members and other departments, contribute to merger and acquisition processes including financial modeling of target companies, integration of historical financials, and reporting and analytics post-close for performance evaluation.

-- Perform market-specific and macro-economic research to identify and analyze major business trends impacting company financial and operational performance.

-- Partner with Accounting during the month-end close process to identify and explain actual versus forecast, budget, and prior year variances.

-- Act as a key liaison and partner to cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, IT, Supply Chain, Treasury, Risk, and other teams to drive scalable analysis and insights.
