Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

Must Haves:

- Expertise: 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud at a consultant level.

- Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Developer certification (Marketing Cloud Consultant certification preferred). Data Cloud Consultant

- Tech Stack:

- Experience with Pardot/MC Account Engagement/Salesforce Data Cloud in a B2B Organization

- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot for Customer Marketing & Journeys.

- Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer and account profiles, granular segmentation, and campaign orchestration.

- Salesforce Knowledge: Strong configuration skills in Data Cloud, Pardot and Marketing Cloud.

- Consulting Skills: Proven project management, communication, and collaboration abilities.

- Experience: 1-2 years in Salesforce implementations (agile methodology preferred).

- Telecom Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.

Main Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Salesforce Data and Marketing Cloud expert to join our team at T-Mobile for Business. In this role, you will leverage your 1-2 years of hands-on experience to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end customer acquisition and marketing journeys. You will be responsible for bridging the knowledge gap between our internal teams and Salesforce consultants, ensuring seamless integration within our tech stack, which includes Pardot/MC Account Engagement and Salesforce Data Cloud. A strong background in Salesforce configuration and Marketing Cloud, coupled with excellent consulting skills, will be essential as you assess client needs, design scalable solutions, and ensure timely project delivery. A Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is required, with a preference for those holding a Marketing Cloud Consultant certification. Experience in the telecom industry is a plus.

- Design and build end-to-end customer acquisition and marketing journeys, integrating within the tech stack.

- Lead and participate in Marketing Cloud implementation projects.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Marketing Cloud (Pardot experience is a plus).

- Bridge the knowledge gap between the internal team and Salesforce consultants.

- Assess client requirements to design scalable solutions.

- Build, test, and deploy marketing solutions to meet client needs.

- Ensure project delivery is on time and within budget.
