Pay Range: $130,000 - $135,000/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with achieving annual double-digit sales growth, while simultaneously maintaining profitability
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-focused selling
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key accounts
• Establish and manage a robust sales process including pipeline management
• Drive organizational accountability through metrics
• Participate in board calls and meetings to effectively communicate sales strategies and achievements
• Work collaboratively with Operations to ensure proper forecasting for the SIOP process
• Develop and execute pricing, including freight policy, in conjunction with Finance department
• Develop marketing strategies for new and existing products
• Effectively negotiate outcomes to achieve increased sales & profitability

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Experience in any Building products or aluminum, selling to distribution & Contractors directly.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• 7+ years of progressive sales experience
• Experience in selling directly to contractors and wholesale distributors
• Building products experience, preferred
• Product Management and/or marketing experience, a plus
• Experience working with private equity partners, a plus
• Ability to effectively and professionally manage conflicts both internally and externally while maintaining a collaborative work environment
• Hands-on leader with a strong drive; team player who can work effectively in a fast-pace, high-growth organization
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments
• Demonstrated temperament and adaptability at all levels of the organization as well as outside of the company
• Solid understanding of Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with ERP systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel regularly (50-60%)
• Ability to reach with hands and arms
• Occasionally exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, and chemicals
• Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions
