In this role, you’ll craft compelling content and campaigns that amplify our mission, engage audiences, and drive brand awareness, helping us connect with educators and school districts nationwide.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist in driving short and long-term social media strategy - assisting with content development, execution, social experiences (on and offline), measurement and reporting.
  • Execute the social media monthly calendar - schedule, publish and monitor the conversations on the brands social media platforms.
  • Engage and build social audiences across multiple channels for multiple brands.
  • Generate meaningful and relevant content that builds a connection with our audience and encourages them to take action.
  • Identify and execute on real-time trends and translate to social media opportunities.
  • Develop short-form videos using existing or new video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Seek and develop relationships with key digital influencers, potential brand ambassadors and platform partners to scale the brands' identity and following.
  • Monitor and report on social media channels and optimize content strategies.
  • Oversee the content published by other employees on company social media platforms; ensuring they follow the brand guidelines.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with digital advertising initiatives, including Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns, as well as lead generation list formatting and review to ensure effective ad performance.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager on ongoing and new projects and help set up processes for other departments and divisions.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–4-year minimum experience in social media with portfolio of experience.
  • Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient across all social media channels, most importantly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Accomplished digital strategist with proven success and track record from previous digital marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with listening tools and evaluating social analytics such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social or Meltwater.
  • Familiarity with Canva, iMovie and Sprout Social preferred.
  • Basic videography and video editing skills preferred.
  • Successful in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfortable in an open, shared workspace.

What you’ll get from Soliant:

  • Fun, supportive work culture
  • Paid medical, vision, dental, and life insurance
