Outside Sales Representative

Position Summary:

We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to conduct exterior property inspections and assist homeowners with insurance claims for storm damage. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sales background, particularly in in-home sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate interest through networking.
• Inspect exteriors for wind and hail damage, focusing on gutters and downspouts.
• Educate homeowners and explain insurance coverage and assist in filing claims.
• Follow up on approved claims, sign contracts, and finalize project details.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in outside sales or residential sales.
• Familiarity with commission-based compensation and a strong drive to maximize earnings.
• Confidence and resilience in facing objections and challenges.
• Located in Denver and Colorado Springs, CO

Compensation and Benefits:

• $67,000 - $266,000 / year
• W2 status with full insurance benefits, a 401(k) plan, and quarterly bonuses

Training Program:

• Comprehensive training including classroom sessions and field shadowing, followed by independent work and ongoing support.
