Position Overview

Join our dynamic sales team at SEEN as a National Account Director! In this pivotal role, you will be the primary liaison between our company and our esteemed national agency advertising partners, serving as an ambassador for our innovative out-of-home advertising solutions. This position offers an exciting and rewarding career path in the advertising sector, allowing you to forge strong relationships, craft strategic proposals, and close deals that drive portfolio growth. By blending your sales expertise with a deep understanding of client needs, you'll actively manage and expand accounts while collaborating with a dedicated team to redefine urban advertising landscapes with captivating campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an integral part of our team, helping clients build their brands and businesses.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships by leveraging unique asset offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Independently manage time, travel, and resources to maximize sales calls.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements to prospective and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of advertisements.
  • Utilize our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities.
  • Identify business leads and trending products.
  • Conduct research and prospect new clients while proposing targeted marketing leads based on their needs.
  • Target industries for annual, seasonal, and short-term advertising buys.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts to achieve win-win results.
  • Manage, maintain, and grow the current client base.
  • Maintain excellent relationships both externally and internally.
  • Review space availability for clients as requested and follow up with detailed proposals.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Out-Of-Home (OOH), Digital, or Broadcast media is a plus.
  • Proven record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communicator with superior written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and translate client needs into viable media plans.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to assess unfamiliar situations and offer creative solutions quickly.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and demanding environments.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
