What You’ll Do:

• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare precise time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Track costs vs. bids, ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout project development.
• Pursue and contribute to Alternative Delivery Methods (ADM) such as CMAR, Design-Build, and JOC.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Provide critical support to Project Managers, especially when it comes to change orders, job cost reviews, and subcontract execution.
• Participate in high-level strategy meetings, project performance evaluations, and pre-planning sessions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering is preferred, but we’re open to experience-based candidates.
• Experience with ADM, CMAR, Design-Build, and Job Order Contracting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills—able to think on your feet and solve problems quickly.
