Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Miami, FL at RAW Wheels & Tires. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining effective communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
• Prior experience in a retail management role
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
