Precast Marketing and Sales Person

Job Description
Following consistent growth, a new position is now available for a dynamic person with a Precast, Engineering, Marketing or RC Frames background to work within an upscale business looking for new talent.
The candidate will need to be well-versed with Precast, Construction Industry, Sales and/or Marketing. They will need to be pro-active, a good communicator, sales-driven, marketing-savvy and have sound knowledge of product delivery from tender through to completion.
There is a good support team and structure in place with huge potential for growth for an ambitious person looking for progress.
Key Responsibilities will include;
* Promoting the various Precast Products by using dynamic marketing strategies.
* Engaging with External Clients to increase awareness and build business relationships.
* Introduce new clients and build the Precast business.
* Improving and updating of the company public platforms. (Linked-In etc)
* Researching new ideas, innovation and helping to expand the business.
* Being actively involved in the precast business including visiting the plant, reviewing design progress, site planning and liaising with the precast manager.
* Compilation of Monthly Sales and Marketing Reports.
* Working closely with project teams including regular site visits and providing support.
* Attending tender & client meetings when required, including industry events etc.
* Estimating for new projects and products.
* Working closely with the Director of Precast.
Qualifications:
A highly experienced person in the Precast/Construction Industry would be preferred, however a Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Sales+Marketing would also be considered with a view of developing with the business
