The Regional Sales Manager job itself where you will manage and support a regional sales team in securing ‘Preventative Maintenance’ contracts for Industrial and Automatic doors. This is along with ensuring that their own sales targets for larger service contracts is also achieved. Complete site surveys, submit and secure quotations or tenders in accordance with the company estimating rules and in line with pricing policies and targeted time frames. Always providing our customers with excellent service standards and promoting company product / service offerings. More specifically:
•Internal Team Communication • Carrying Out Customer Surveys • Leading in Quotes & Orders Fast Turnarounds • Following up Quotes & Orders • Maximising Sales Opportunities • Obtaining Materials / Goods / Equipment Quotes • Attend Health & Safety Meetings • Support Marketing Campaigns & Digital Media • Identify Hazards on Customer Sites • Out of Hours Rota • Customer Enquiries • Managing Customer Relations • Identifying & Completing Manufacturing Details • Signing Off / Approving Supplier Drawings • Achieving Monthly Sales Target • Project Walkthroughs with Engineer Teams • Dealing with Customer Issues • Completing full Technical Surveys • Site & Vehicle Audits • Adhering to Quality Management Systems (QMS) • Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) • Account Management
You will have
To be successful as Regional Sales Manager you will have a strong track record in a transferable product/service sales sector, plus a healthy mix of the following:
• Computer Literate • Well Organised • Good & Clear Communicator • Team Player • Work on own initiative • Strong Planner • Strong Leader / Strong People Skills • Flexible • Driver’s License • Innovator • Approachable • Adaptable • Strong Negotiation Skill
