About the Role:
Currently seeking Registered Nurses (RMN/RNLD) for a highly specialised facility near York that provides individualised care for patients with complex mental health needs. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, person-centred environment with opportunities for rapid learning and development.

The facility offers comprehensive forensic services to individuals with severe mental health challenges, providing a supportive environment alongside a caring, collaborative team.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Strong self-awareness and the ability to seek guidance when needed
Good listening and rapport-building skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Compassionate, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

About the Facility:
The service supports patients with complex mental health conditions, including challenging behaviours, learning disabilities, personality disorders, and forensic histories. The focus is on providing a therapeutic environment that promotes recovery, helping patients develop coping skills and resilience, with the aim of reintegrating into the community.

Recently, the facility's LD and autism wards have received accreditation from the National Autistic Society (NAS) for providing safe, responsive, and caring services. This recognition highlights the innovative care pathways designed to reduce multiple transitions into non-secure services.

Shift Patterns:

Day shift: 7:25 am - 7:45 pm
Night shift: 7:25 pm - 7:45 am
