Job Title: Finance Assistant Location: Fully Office-BasedHolidays: 28 days including bank holidays closure over Christmas.
Hays have partnered with an SME company in Nottingham who are seeking a diligent and organised finance administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of invoices and administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
Key Responsibilities:Process and manage 800–1000 invoices per month.Scan and input invoices into Sage 50.Ensure all invoices are accurately coded to the correct costs.Process statements and manage a mix of subcontractor invoices.Utilise SharePoint for document management and collaboration.Perform general administrative duties as required.Requirements:Proven experience in invoice processing and administration.Proficiency in Sage 50 and SharePoint.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently.Excellent communication skills.Benefits:Competitive salary.28 days holiday, including bank holidays.Early finish on Fridays.Office closure over Christmas.Relaxed working environment
