You will be working for a large housing provider who own and manage over 50,000 homes and various community assets, serving 114,000 customers.Your new role
We are looking for a Decorator to join the Damp, Mould and Disrepair team where you'll be working around the Yeovil and surrounding area. You'll be responsible for carrying out mould treatments, ventilation surveys and make good decoration to the customers homes.
Your day to day will involve completion of issued programmed works to a high standard and within the timescale allowed and making sure all works are completed in the most cost-effective manner, identify and pre-order materials from the stores when necessary ensuring that the customer is advised of the order progress.
Working as a great team player, you'll be carrying out work and installations to the properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced decorator with experience dealing with mould treatments. You will have a full driving licence as you will need to drive from site to site.What you'll get in return
