A 1-form entry school in Trowbridge is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Year 1 Teacher to join their team, starting in Term 3. This role offers an initial contract with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Role Overview:

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Possess a valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to undergo the process)
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (for overseas candidates, ENIC recognition and right to work are required)
* Be a reflective, empathetic, and engaging practitioner, passionate about making a real impact on pupils' lives
* Have high expectations for every pupil, with confidence in using effective classroom management strategies
* Build strong rapport with students, staff, and the wider school community
