ARC are currently recruiting for a General Foreman to work with our client Galldris on a large infrastructure project at Sizewell in Leiston.
This role offers the opportunity to oversee and coordinate civil engineering activities on-site in a challenging and dynamic construction environment.
Duties & Responsibilities of Works Manager
Supervise and manage civil engineering works on-site
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
Maintain project schedules and quality standards
Report progress to project management
Desirable Experience:
SSSTS or SMSTS certification
First aid certification
CSCS or CPCS card
Previous experience as a General Foreman in the construction industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate on-site teams effectively
