We are seeking a passionate and skilled TA to join our inclusive school in Nottingham (NG13). What We're Looking For:

• A Level 3 qualified TA with proven experience in the classroom.
• RWI trained and ready to lead phonics interventions, helping students achieve vital literacy milestones.
• A strong communicator and team player, ready to collaborate with teachers, parents, and students.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging and targeted phonics interventions to boost literacy skills using your RWI expertise.
• Provide one-on-one and group support to students, helping them succeed academically and emotionally.
• Assist in creating and implementing IEPs, supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Work closely with the teacher to develop dynamic, engaging lessons that cater to all students.
