Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - Hertfordshire - up to £200,000 + Benefits - Ref 1735
I am currently recruiting for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to work for a leading organisation based in Hertfordshire. Salary up to £200,000 + Benefits.
The organisation has been in operation for many years and are worldwide leaders within the design, development and manufacture of their highly complex products that are used across the globe. They have several sites throughout the UK and employ close to 100 people, with more people based at their production facilities overseas.
In line with demand for their products and in order to support the business with their growth plans and product initiatives they have the need to appoint a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on a permanent basis.
In this role as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be responsible for defining the technical strategy and product development roadmap and then executing it for a range of sophisticated electro-mechanical products. You will oversee all technical aspects and be the technical authority working closely with other Board members. There is huge scope within this role and you will be expected to want to make a difference and ultimately put forward your ideas that will form the future of their product portfolio in line with market demand and needs.
Ideal Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or similar
Previous experience with electro-mechanical products
Previous experience establishing and executing product development roadmaps
Previous experience working at Board Level
Previous experience with RF (Radio Frequency) based products This is an extremely rare and very exciting opportunity for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to work for a company at Board level that carries a fantastic reputation.
