About Us:
Our client is a leading main contractor with a proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects. As they embark on an exciting new build RC frame development, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our client's dynamic team.

Role Overview:
As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our new build reinforced concrete (RC) frame development. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the management of site operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and drawings.

* Rebar checks

* QA

* Overseeing concrete pours

* Conduct site inspections and monitor progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

* Prepare and maintain site reports, including daily records of progress and safety inspections.

* Liaise with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to communicate design changes and construction methods.

* Coordinate with the site team to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.

* Implement and promote health and safety practices on site, adhering to all regulations and best practices.

* Support the preparation of method statements and risk assessments.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

* Experience working as a Site Engineer, preferably on RC frame construction projects.

* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

* Main contracting experience

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

* Proficient in using engineering software and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.

* Valid health and safety certifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid) are advantageous.
