Returns Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Returns Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic Supply Chain team in an exciting role that requires international travel. In this role you will be working alongside our third-party logistics (3PL) partners on their warehouse premises to identify, process, refurbish and liquidate returned goods. This role is crucial to our Sustainability goals to be able to refurbish or recycle returned goods that are no longer in new condition, to help drive forward our circular supply chain and reduce waste wherever possible.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the testing, cleaning and packing of returned goods

Carry out inspection of returned goods to ensure they meet required criteria

Be able to make decisions on product grading by following internal guidelines, and assisting our 3PL partners in following these guidelines

Log inspection findings and report on any defects, including photographs

Generate product barcodes and relabel goods

Working with our 3PL partners, request stock adjustments and submit ASNs to manage returned inventory

Travel between our various global 3PL partners as and where required, and work alongside them on their sites to process returns

Help our 3PL partners identifying returned units and matching RMA numbers

Person Spec

A logical thinker who can easily understand processes and flows

Attention to detail to ensure our customers high standards are maintained

A confident communicator

Self-motivated and able to work both on their own and alongside our partners

Familiar with Microsoft Excel, and any WMS / ERP experience is also desirable

A background in warehousing is desirable but not essential, as all required training will be provided

Please note that you must be eligible for travel within the UK and European Union to be eligible to apply for this role and may be required to work in any one of our locations for any period of time to meet the demands of the business.
