Commercial Counsel - 12 month FTC

Leeds hybrid - £65,000 - £80,000 + Benefits

Lawrence Harvey is looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join our clients established team on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis. This role will be focusing on managing various international commercial contract matters across our clients many business units.

Responsibilities:

1. Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts on an international scale.
2. Support business functions ranging from operations to marketing by providing legal support and advice.
3. Review policies, procedures, and align with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years PQE as a UK qualified solicitor.
2. Experience working in the commercial contracts space.
3. Experience working with UK & EU laws and regulations.
