Job Description
An exclusive opportunity to join a modern, ambitious, and dynamic law firm who is experiering significant growth and has with a strong presence across various locations in the UK. The firm specialises in providing comprehensive legal services, and currently seeking a qualified and experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join their team.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) and will demonstrate strong knowledge of UK employment law. They should have a proven track record in managing both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, alongside excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision while adhering to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of legal practice.
• Location: Hull
• Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE
• Hours: Monday to Friday with no weekend work

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
• Providing comprehensive legal advice on employment law issues, including but not limited to unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and employment contracts.
• Representing clients in employment tribunals and courts.
• Prepare and manage cases, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and negotiating settlements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and related legislation.
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and legal procedures.
• Provide excellent client service, maintaining clear communication and addressing client concerns.
