Site Manager - Housing

The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Irelands largest residential property developers. The company are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a multi-year project in Newtownards, ideally, the candidate will have an excellent residential background and a keen eye for detail, with experience in multi-unit, private, timberframe projects. Packages around £50-60k plus van & fuel. Requirements Ideally from a trade background Extensive experience timberframe housing projects Ability to work on own initiative Capable of overseeing £3M worth of work Responsibilities Manage and motivate site teams Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish Organise and coordinate labour Reporting to Contracts Manager level. Skills: SMSTS First aid Organising Labour Site management Construction Site Management
