Knightwood Associates are currently working on a Senior Site Manager opportunity in Cambridgeshire with a national developer. The project involves developing 160 affordable houses and apartments as part of the 2nd phase on an existing site.
If you excel in stakeholder management and have a track record of driving site teams towards delivering high-quality homes and are looking for a change , this role would be perfect for you.
The ideal candidate should bring proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on a volume scheme, having worked previously for a UK-based residential developer or contractor.
