Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, particularly in the Cat A/Cat B commercial fit out space.

Project based in St Albans

Ideally immediate start

**Duties:**

• Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
• Manage and lead a team of construction workers
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in the Cat A/Cat B commercial fit out spac
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in project management software, ideally experience using Procore
