Portfolio Manager (Digital) - Wealth Management

Portfolio Manager with strong knowledge of Wealth Management products, and excellent change management skills urgently required on a 9-month contract basis, by a leading Financial Advisory organisation based flexibly from their Swindon HQ (~2 days / week on site).

Operating within the change function, you will develop and manage the strategic roadmap for the company's digital wealth management products (e.g. investment platforms, client portals, CRM, financial planning tools), ensuring alignment with the business' strategic objectives, meeting market demands, and driving overall business growth.

You will work closely with product owners, developers, UX designers, and testers to ensure that products are delivered on time and within scope. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and Engineering, whilst operating as a strategic partner to the C-suite. You will ensure all products in the portfolio comply with relevant regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have the following:

• Good knowledge of Wealth Management products
• Proven experience successfully leading and optimising a diverse product portfolio
• Ability to manage large-scale transformation projects with a focus on digital innovation
• Strong experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across different departments
• Experienced in working within Agile methodology environments such as SAFe
• Strategic mindset, with proven exposure collaborating with C-suite

This role can be offered on either a fixed term or daily rate contract basis, rates are negotiable depending on experience.
