Facade Manager

My client a forward-thinking Main Contractor who has a fantastic reputation in the industry is now seeking an experienced Facade Manager to oversee the design and delivery of a complex facade package on a major scheme based in Cambridge. The initial phase of the project includes the design and construction of a new Life Science development, and site-wide external works.
The project is valued at circa £150m and will be a Life Science complex based in Central Cambridge. Previous experience working on similar size projects is vital.

Facade Manager Responsibilities:

- Assisting in the procurement of Facade / Roofing subcontracts.
- Design / Value Engineering of packages.
- Technical guidance / support.
- Driving programme.
- Quality control and snagging.
- Solving all technical issues.
- Reporting to Senior Project Manager / Project Director.

Facade Manager Experience required:

- 10+ years Construction industry experience.
- 5+ years Facade Manager experience.
- Black CSCS and SMSTS ESSENTIAL
- Strong Reporting / IT skills
