Dual Registered Manager – Residential Children’s Homes (EBD)
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Salary: Up to £65,000 DOE

We are looking for a Dual Registered Manager to oversee two brand-new children’s homes in Preston, dedicated to supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage two residential homes, ensuring high standards of care and positive outcomes for young people
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, working toward achieving Outstanding ratings
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting professional development and best practices
- Create a safe, nurturing environment that supports the emotional and behavioural needs of children in care
- Work closely with the senior leadership team, clinical director, and other stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality care
About You:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a children's residential setting, ideally with experience in EBD
- In-depth knowledge of Ofsted requirements and regulations
- A strong leader with the ability to motivate and manage teams across two homes
- Passion for making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable young people
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ideally you will have achieved or be willing to work towards a NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
