Working with top-notch mainstream primary, secondary, and special education needs schools in Essex is a privilege for TeacherActive. For the next academic year, the schools are seeking suitable teachers to join their fantastic teams. It will be a wonderful opportunity for you to work with a friendly, upbeat school that emphasises student involvement. Children with significant learning challenges and issues are supported and given everything they need to succeed in the classroom with the aid of the school's specialised care, therapy services, and instruction. Every pupil at the school has the opportunity to grow intellectually and personally.
We can support you whether you're seeking for part-time, full-time, or permanent work. The positions differ depending on the subject matter and the length of the contract.
TeacherActive offers a straightforward registration and application procedure. This could mean that we are able to offer you a full-time teaching position with an early start date. The duration of the workweek and the remuneration for this qualified teaching position will depend on your experience and qualifications. A five-day workweek is observed. It is mandatory for all school employees to have their updated DBS registered with the updating service. If not, we can assist you by sending you a direct application link. If you have worked overseas for more than six months in the last five years, you must obtain an OSPC (Overseas Police Check). These will be required in every school setting as a safety precaution.
The Successful Qualified Teacher will have:
QTS
Experience, or a willingness to learn, within a classroom environment
Experience supporting young children
