Senior SAP Consultant - SD/OTC Modules

Role Description : This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP SD S4 OTC Consultant at Cloudious LLC in Chennai, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves daily tasks related to analytical skills, consulting, business processes, electronic data interchange (EDI), and sales to support our clients in implementing SAP solutions. Qualifications : - In-depth Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA OTC Process - end-to-end OTC cycle, including sales order creation, delivery processing, billing, and payment processes. - Experience with new functionalities in S/4HANA like Advanced ATP (Available-to-Promise), Fiori apps, and Simplified Data Model. - Ability to configure and customize the OTC process to meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless sales and distribution operations. - Expertise in SAP SD Module - Proficiency in core SAP SD functionalities such as pricing procedures, credit management, partner determination, output determination, and condition technique. - Knowledge of sales documents (inquiry, quotation, contracts), delivery documents, billing documents, and item categories. - Experience in integration of SAP SD with other modules like MM (Material Management), FI (Finance), and WM (Warehouse Management). - Configuration and Customization Skills - Strong ability to configure SD settings in S/4HANA, such as sales area configuration, customer master data setup, and billing configuration. - Experience in managing customizations for special business scenarios like third-party sales, consignment sales, returns processing, and intercompany sales. - Proficiency in using Fiori applications for sales and distribution, including customizing Fiori tiles and apps to match user needs. - Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills - Capable of analyzing complex business processes and identifying areas for improvement within the OTC process. - Troubleshooting issues related to order management, pricing, delivery, and billing. - Ability to work closely with business users to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and provide effective solutions. - Cross-Module Integration and Data Migration - Experience - Experience in integrating SAP SD with other S/4HANA modules like FI/CO, PP (Production Planning), and MM for a seamless end-to-end process. - Knowledge of data migration tools and techniques in S/4HANA, such as LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) and Data Migration Cockpit. - Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) for customer master, material master, and pricing data (ref:hirist.tech)
