The Role:
The People Administrator/Advisor will ensure the smooth running of all people processes and systems. You will be able to continuously improve our internal operations and service delivery to users for a seamless, efficient, and excellent people experience!
Responsibilities
- Ensure all people systems and data are maintained diligently and accurately.
- Be the super user for all HR systems, ensuring they are meeting business requirements.
- Main point of contact for all systems-related needs for employee onboarding, offboarding, and job changes to ensure the integrity of data and HR system-related integrations.
- Continuously improve people processes and service delivery to users for a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable people experience for employees and people leaders.
- Bring fresh ideas and insights to inform how people processes need to relentlessly innovate and create an optimal people experience.
- Provide accurate advice regarding policies, people processes, and systems with escalation to relevant SME when required.
- Accurate production of relevant employee documentation such as Letters of Offer, Change of Employment letters, and cessation documentation.
- Be the main point of contact between the Payroll and People Experience team regarding day-to-day payroll matters.
You:
- Experience as an HR Administrator
- Experience maintaining HR systems highly desirable / or similar.
- Administration of people processes / or similar
- Analytical
- Experience identifying improvement opportunities to ensure efficiency and a smooth experience for users.
- Experience advising on internal people policies and procedures.
- Performed simple data reconciliations and analytics to identify trends and provide insights into our people.
- Worked with different teams and stakeholders at different levels of the organisations.
